Il consenso del lavoratore all’installazione di un’apparecchiatura di videosorveglianza, in qualsiasi forma prestato, non vale a scriminare la condotta del datore di lavoro che abbia installato i predetti impianti in violazione delle prescrizioni dettate negli artt. 4, 38 dello Statuto dei lavoratori e 114, 171 del D.Lgs. n. 196 del 2003.
The employee’s consent to the installation of video surveillance equipment, in whatever form provided, is not sufficient to justify the conduct of the employer who has installed the aforementioned equipment in violation of the requirement laid down in articles 4, 38 of the Workers’ Statute and 114, 171 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 2003.
